Sales staff was informative and very helpful with our spa selection. The buying and delivery process was smooth and painless. The installation team was very professional and friendly. They provided clear setup instructions and answered all my questions. And they stayed until hookup was completed and testing of the breaker, controls, and operating system by the electrician. Jason ( from Bob’s Intowne Spas) was here today to install a temperature board on my swim spa. He is awesome…very customer service oriented.. gave valuable hints, etc.!  Over the years he has serviced my swim spa multiple times.  I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me with my spa!
